防犯対策 泥棒は「カネがある日」を狙ってる!

“その日に泥棒被害”は分かっていた?

これまでに何らか の窃盗被害に遭ったことのある人から、「なぜこの日に限って…」という声を聞くことが多いのは、「普段よりお金があった」日のことです。

月末・月初など、何かとお金が入用な時期、また連休のために普段よりまとまった金額を用意していたときなどです。
もちろん、祝儀、不祝儀といった冠婚葬祭 の場でも、いわゆる「祝儀泥棒」が出没することがありますし、お葬儀で家が無人になったところを空き巣狙いに侵入されることもあります。

商店などでは、ウィークデイは前日の売上金を翌日金融機関に入金しに行くところ、週末には「金曜土曜日曜」の売上金を週明けの月曜日に入金に行くとなると 三日分の売上金があることになります。
とすれば、ウィークデイに泥棒に入るよりは、日曜日の営業終了後に侵入すれば、三日分の売上を奪うことができること になります。
つまり、「日曜の夜間から月曜の早朝にかけて」がもっとも被害を警戒すべきときだといえます。

月末の金融機関やATMには、大変な数の人びとが列を成します。
もちろん家賃の支払いやらの振込み関係も多いでしょうが、給料振込み後の現金を引き出す人 が多いことでしょう。あれだけ多くの人がお金を引き出しているのですから、道行く人の現金所持率は、給料日前よりは確実に高く、所持金額も高いはずです。
つまり、「スリ」や「ひったくり」からすれば、同じリスクを負うなら、実入りがいいときを狙うのは必然でしょう。

被害を防ぐために

店舗では、金融機関の夜間金庫を利用できるようであれば、費用は安全経費と考えて、ふたり以上で持っていくようにしましょう。
店の事務所内の金庫に売上金 を入れるのであれば、今一度事務所の安全レベルを検証しましょう。
ドアと窓に侵入防止の対策がなされているでしょうか? ドアにも窓にも補助錠が必要で す。侵入に時間がかかるようにすることですが、日曜夜間など、ほとんどの人が月曜からの仕事に備えて早々に帰宅して、人通りも少なく商店街もガラガラで す。

金庫は300キロ以上のものでも男数人によって持ち出される被害が発生しています。
小型金庫や手さげ金庫などではそのまま持ち去られてしまうでしょう。
事 務所の位置によっては、隣地とのわずかなすき間からドリルなどで壁を壊されて侵入されるという手口もありますから、自店を客観的に見て、どこから侵入され る危険性があるか、金庫が持ち去られるとしたらどこから?というように考えましょう。
金庫は持ち去られないように「床に据え付けてあること」が肝要です。

何よりもまず「侵入されないこと」を一番に対策を施し、文字通り二重三重に、補助錠を設置するなどしましょう。
さらに、侵入を試みられたときに、警告音に より侵入者を威嚇したり、周囲に緊急事態を知らせるなどの「警報装置」、侵入口や金庫に向けて「防犯監視カメラ」などもないよりはあったほうがいいでしょ う。

個人においては、外出時には電車内や混雑した場所には「スリ」がいて、道路を歩けば「ひったくり」がいる――と考えて行動すれば、自然と財布やバッグを ガードする態勢になるでしょう。自分が「スリ」「ひったくり」の被害に遭うとしたら、「いつ、どこで、どのように?」と考えれば、そうならないように行動 できるはずです。

もちろん、住まいの侵入防止対策も忘れてはなりません。
「玄関ドアと窓」すなわち「出入り口は侵入口」と考え、補助錠、侵入防止アラームの設置など、でき る限りのことをしましょう。
厳重に盗難防止対策を「被害に遭う前に、被害に遭わないように」しておきましょう。できることがあるのにしないでおくと、被害 に遭った後で「ああしておけばよかった」「こうもできた」と後悔することになります。
後悔しないためにできることは何でもしておきましょう。
