結露対策は結露を知ることから

窓、押し入れの壁などに「しずく」が・・・あれほど嫌なものはないですよね。
窓の下に雑巾を置いてみたり、窓ガラスを拭いてみたり・・・でも、根本的な解決をしなければ「結露」は永遠に発生する現象です。

なぜ結露が発生するのか?

まず、結露はどんな季節に多く発生するでしょうか?
真夏に結露に悩まされた方いますか?(日本で)
多くの場合は冬の寒い季節に多く「結露」が発生し、悩まされるのではないでしょうか。

■なぜ,結露の「水滴」が発生するのか。
結露の正体は空気中の水蒸気です。(暖かい空気は冷たい空気に比べて多く湿気を含むことができます。)
暖かく湿った空気が冷たいものに触れると、その空気は水蒸気を気体としてもっていることができなくなり水滴へと変化します。
日本の夏は湿気が多くて、蒸し暑くジメジメしていますね。
そこでキンキンに冷えた飲み物をコップに注ぐと・・・テーブルが嫌っていうくらいコップの表面が濡れませんか?あれも結露と同じ現象です。
つまり、「結露を防ぐには湿度の高い空気を極端に冷やさない!!」ということになるのですが、そこが一番の問題なんです。

■なぜ、「結露」防ぎにくいのか。
日本の冬、寒いです  冬だから・・・。

もちろん暖房します→暖かい空気はたくさんの水蒸気を含むことができます→台所・お風呂場・人体から水蒸気発生します。(風邪予防とか言って加湿器 も当たり前のように使用)→室内の湿度はたっぷりに!!→寒い外部に面している窓・押し入れ冷えてます←ココ!!ココです!!結露発生!!
夏場の冷えたコップ状態に・・・。
冬の窓の外はキンキンに冷えた飲み物で、室内が湿度の高い夏の空気だと思ってもらえればいいでしょう。
これでは完璧に「結露行き」です。

■結露を防ぐには
前文の通り窓や壁が極端に冷えなければ理屈上結露は防げます。

・壁の断熱性能を上げる=断熱材(グラスウール等)などを壁内に使用し、外からの低温が壁を伝ってきにくくして室内の壁表面の温度が低くならないようにする。

・窓を複層(2枚ガラス)にする=単層(1枚ガラス)では冷たい外の低温を直に室内に伝えてしまうので窓ガラスを複層にして断熱性能をUP!!

・窓下へヒーターを設置=ヒーターを窓下に設けることで窓表面の温度が下がらないようにし結露を発生を防ぐ。

・壁・天井などの仕上げに調湿材料を使用する=調湿材により室内の湿気を吸湿して、湿度が上がらないようにする。

・換気をマメに行う=換気によって湿度の上がった空気を外へ逃がし、湿度の低い外気を取り入れる。

・究極は洋服をたくさん着込み、暖房しない!!

■「結露」発生によって困ること
結露によって大量の水滴が室内に流れこみます。
壁紙、壁のボード、木材、軽量下地などを腐らせサビさせ家の寿命を大きく縮めたりします。
またカビを発生させて健康被害につながる可能性もあります。

たかが「結露」されど「結露」 結露を知って結露を防ぐ。
